And the funny part is …
Earlier today I was thinking about things that I need to track spammers and I started to redesign the IP Address database in my head.
Turns out I am going to need this in the event that I try to sue spammers for sending me the huge amounts of email they do. I’d start with needing to know what email messages where sent from an IP address in the US, then hopefully be able to widdle that down to a few good ones that were sent from California, where I am.
CA just put into effect a new anti-spam law that is suppose to cover anyone sending from or to an email server in CA, so if I can find someone who send both from and to then my chances of winning go up. In any case, this will get my interests back into the IP database hopefully in the spring time.
